Chargrilled Sardines
This weekend I cooked chargrilled sardines on the Ozpig. I went to my local supermarket to buy some drinks and saw that sardines were on special. It’s been a while since I had eaten sardines so I bought some to cook on the Ozpig.
Today I’ll be cooking the sardines on the Chargrill Plate available from Ozpig, The Chargrill Plate is great for authentic wood-fired flavours for steak and other meats.
Serves: 1-2 people
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
6 sardines, scaled and cleaned.
2 tablespoons of smoked paprika.
Juice of 2 lemons.
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
