Shipping Within Australia
We offer two shipping options to all Australian customers, in Australia (for physical products)
- Standard post – No tracking | Your order will be posted as a standard letter with a stamp/s and will not have tracking.
- Parcel Post – With Tracking | Your order will be posted in a satchel and include a tracking number.
Order Processing Time:
- Your order will be processed, packed and posted within 1-2 business days.
- Our processing times are subject to all National and QLD Public Holidays.
Estimated Australian Delivery Times:
- Standard Post | 2-15 business days via standard untracked post.
- Parcel post | 2-8 business days via parcel post with tracking.
- All customers who have chosen parcel post will receive tracking details via email once their order has been dispatched.
ALL Customers please note:
- Once orders have been lodged with our delivery contractor, all orders are then subject to the responsibility, care and handling of them and their drivers and we will not be responsible for lost orders.
- Delivery times will depend on Australia Post’s ability to provide the expected service.
- Natural Disasters, severe weather events or other incidents may impact the delivery time of your order.
- Damaged in transit or missing items/orders will require investigation via our claims process.
- A signature is NOT REQUIRED for your order and some local delivery contractors may make the decision to ‘Safe Drop’ your order at your delivery address.
- We encourage customers to choose to post via parcel post to have tracking, to allow you to manage the safe delivery of their order to avoid missing parcels.
- If a customer places a delivery redirection via Australia Post for their order, the estimated delivery times stated above are no longer applicable.
- Please note that your original shipping details MUST be correct.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed deliveries due to customers providing incorrect information.
- If you need an order shipped out more than once, there will be an additional fee payable to cover postage (unless the error is ours).
- If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to the incorrect address being entered on the order, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to recover the order and a replacement or refund will not be issued.
- Paying via PayPal – Orders will be shipped to the address as listed on the Paypal transaction. These details MUST match the details provided on the order form. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any transactions that may be identified as fraudulent or not authorised.
- Paying via Afterpay – Orders will be shipped to the address as listed on the Paypal transaction. These details MUST match the details provided on the order form. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any transactions that may be identified as fraudulent or not authorised.
