This camp oven coca cola ribs recipe was one we started cooking right at the start of my cooking journey with Nick when I was known as one of the cast iron boys. Having cooked 100’s of kgs of them now they still are one of my favs to cook in the camp oven.

1 kilogram of ribs (beef 0r Pork)
1 bottle of smokey BBQ marinade
2 litres of coca-cola
Directions
- Cut the ribs into individual pieces.
- Pour cola into the camp oven, add the ribs and bring to a boil. Let boil for half an hour.
- Remove ribs and drain cola. Brush marinade over ribs and place back in the camp oven.
- Bake for one hour, whilst re-basting the ribs with more marinade every 10-15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!!
