Bolognese Garlic Bread Bake
Here’s a tasty twist to the traditional spaghetti bolognese and garlic bread! Why not try this recipe next time you’re cooking in the camp oven?
Description:
Delicious Bolognese Beef Sauce Topped With Garlic Bread and Melted Cheese.
Cook times:
15 minutes to cook mince bottom heat only.
45 minutes bake time reduce bottom heat and put on top until cheese browned.
Oven Size:
10-inch oven (feeds 4-6)
Ingredients:
500g lean beef mince
500g jar organic basil & garlic pasta sauce
400g can dice Italian tomatoes
50g packet dry spaghetti bolognese recipe base
1 & 1/2 sticks garlic bread
2 & 1/2 cups grated cheese
Method:
Step One.
Heat on the bottom and brown the mince, depending on heat this should take about 15 minutes.

Step Two.
Add the whole jar of organic basil & garlic pasta sauce, a tin of Italian tomatoes and give it a good stir.

Step Four.
Now add the 50g dry mix and stir it in.

Step Five.
Cut up your garlic bread into their slices and place these slices on top of the bolognese meat sauce, covering the sauce completely.

Step Six
Cover garlic bread with the 2 & 1/2 cups of cheese and place lid on top reduce bottom heat and place extra heat on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese browned.
