Chocolate Maltesers Cobbler
Now, who doesn’t love chocolate? Add Maltesers and you’ve got the perfect combo to go in a cake that can be cooked in a camp oven!
Ingredients:
2 cups self-raising flour
½ cup of cocoa
3 tablespoons of butter
3/4 cup of milk
¾ cup of caster sugar
1 cup dark choc Maltesers (and extra for serving)
1 can of lemonade
Method:
Step One.
Grease a 4-quart camp oven with butter. Chop Maltesers in half and sprinkle half of them on the bottom of the oven.
Step 2.
In a bowl mix flour, cocoa, butter, milk and sugar until well combined. Pour the mixture into the camp oven.
Step 3.
Sprinkle remaining chocolates over the top of batter.
Step 4:
Pour the can of lemonade over the mixture. No need to mix it through.
Step 5:
Cook the cobbler on even and medium heat until firm and springy to touch (roughly 30-40 minutes).
Step 6:
Serve warm with cream, fresh strawberries and extra chocolates. Enjoy.
