Easy Scrambled Omelette

This omelette is an easy recipe and only requires a number of ingredients you need to make it the way you like it. An omelette is a tasty and hearty meal to have and they are so easy to cook in the camp oven. Add your own ingredients to suit your taste.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
Bacon
Chorizo
Tomatoes
Cheese

Step One.

Fry off bacon and chorizo and place into a ramekin dish, in this case, I’m using the underside of a camp oven lid as a frypan.

Step Two.

Now some cheese and tomato, slightly beat 2 eggs and pour on top of the other ingredients in the ramekin.

Step Three.

Place in camp oven and cook for about 15 minutes then serve and enjoy!
